EXCLUSIVE: Warner Bros has bought an untitled action/sci-fi pitch created by David Karlak, marking the scribe’s first studio purchase. Roy Lee and Undercover will team to produce the project, the particulars that they they are under systems. Karlak, which has acquired buzz on an outing due to his online video The Candidate, is repped by Paradigm, Undercover and attorney Dork Feldman. Saw franchise authors Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan teamed with Karlak to produce the pitch.
