Lawyers For Jackson Physician Request Probation

In the sentencing memorandum filed Wednesday just before sentencing Tuesday, da David Walgren mentioned Dr. Conrad Murray has proven no remorse for Jacksons dying and contains placed blame on others. He asked for that Murray be bought to cover restitution to Jacksons children. Defense attorney Nareg Gourjian, stating letters of praise from Murrays former patients, mentioned the doctor is serving a very long time sentence of self-punishment and asked for probation and community service inside the medical area.
